The King's Council: Official Guide
Welcome to The King's Council. The kingdom is crumbling, and the treasury is bleeding. This is a brutal resource management sim where spamming the "safe" option will lead to bankruptcy.
How to Win (The Math)
Unlike other games, the Knight is a trap. He costs 10 Gold but generates 0 profit on a normal success. If you only use the Knight, you will go bankrupt.
- Early Game (Days 1-10): You start with low resources. You MUST take risks with the Merchant or Wizard to build a gold buffer.
- Mid Game (Days 11-20): The difficulty doubles. Enemies hit harder. If your Army is below 50, you are dead.
- End Game (Days 21-30): Survive at all costs. The Jester might be your only hope if you are broke.
Advisor Stats (Patch v2.0)
Cost: 20 Gold
Risk: High. Can double your investment or destroy your castle walls.
Cost: 15 Army
Risk: Moderate. Sells your defenses for cash. Essential for economy, dangerous for war.
Cost: 10 Gold
Return: Negative. He defends the realm but drains the treasury. He creates NO Gold profit on normal days.
Cost: Free
Risk: Chaos. 50% chance to help, 50% chance to set the throne on fire.
